Mine happened in The Mines. Just ask for the price of the hp only and ori or ap. When the seller told me it was ap straight away i told him i'm not interested. Then the seller keep bugging until he managed to coarse me for my sim card just to try the hp out. I've tell many times during our converse that I am not interested in ap. Lastly I managed to get my sim card back but not be4 the damned seller cursed to me. Just be wary at Mines too -maybe not all shops like that but that one seller at one shop spoiled it all (they had uniform t-shirts).

The accident also frequently happened in Kuala Terengganu. Some of my friends told me about it.

Nobody knows until some bugger made shit load of money out of some petty tricks doing real damage to customers. That's whay we have big groups with the same pissing attitude when they sell stuff to customers.

I myself "pernah kena". I want to buy a hp/pda last month. and i find for a good hp/pda everywhere. 1 day i found 1 hp/pda which really2 good condition and cheaper from other. i found it in lelong. after read post about that hp/pda in lelong, i sms the seller. (he said in his post i can sms or kol him). After a few sms, he seem "bosan" with me coz i "banyak tanya". well, i think its customer rite to ask b4 buy rite? but i dont care coz i really2 need replacement hp/pda since my old one oledi dead. b4 i sms the seller, i save page (in .mht format) bcoz i surf in cc and have no time to read. Then i made appointment to meet the seller. he said, cannot try, once u nak , u kener bayar. i agree becoz condition in picture look sooooooooooo nice. nicer than in LYP. then, i met the seller. after 30 min wait he come, ask me for money, gimme the hp/pda theN "blah".he said "tgh keje, kener cepat, takut bos marah". when he gone, i realize the item look so different. then i came home, i check lelong again, the item still there but with higher price. i sms the seller and ask why? the seller said that was the 2nd item. picture updated that morning. then i check my "save page", the pictures are same. this mean i dont get the item posted. i "dah kena main".i ask the seller again. then he said i am a fussy buyer. am i? then he scold me and said he never gonna do bisnes again with me.

I 'pernah kena' also. happened to me 5 months ago.... i bought a SE w300 at a stall (dammit, i should read this thread 1st) in Terminal 1 Seremban (i dont remember the name, but the stall sits on the far right site of the floor that have many hp stalls). at 1st the seller show me a nicely wrapped hp...all brand new. And then he take my simcard and the hp, saying that he wants to transfer all contacts to the new hp. He then came back and pack the box and show it to me. I'm satisfied (without looking inside the box, stupid me) so I bought it and bring it home. To my suprise the hp that was packed in the box feels different, the flip cover feels very loose, as it's a second hand one....shit. this bast**d just changed my phone!!! They gave me a faulty charger, and a cheap earphones too! (w300 should get a nice walkman earphones inside the box).

So the next day i go back with my friend and scold the shopkeeper, and after much argument, he reclutantly replaced my charger, but not my headset... instead he give me another cap ayam headset that sounds better than the 1st one. When i asked about the condition of my hp (being loose and all that, he said 'cannot change ma, why dont u check 1st b4' and give me the "asked to get smacked" face.

I feel very pissed and leave with my friend after that. I swear i will never, ever go to the shop again.

after that my friend said " u should buy at pertama complex....cheap and honest". I LOL'ed after i read this thread. Honest my a**.

Remember....Dun LEt Your hp get out of sight!!!!!!!! And dont buy from stalls also!

one thing does puzzle me though. With all those evidence of tenants harrasing/beat up potential buyers, why no legal actions are taken against them? and how come those 'victims' never lodge a police report about this matter?

and looks like the 'videoman' for all those clips are from the same person and it seems that he is recording the 'scene' from inside the tenants area?

Same thing happened at Atria couple of years back, when 3315 was called.. an awesome phone. my bro had his 3315 smashed in between my car door. ended up having it brought to this tiny shop at atria. he said there was something wrong with the screen and that my bro have to leave his phone there for 3 days. since the price was pretty worth it, my bro agreed. 3 days later, when he came back, the phone was fixed, it was working, screen was okay but when he removed the battery, my bro found out that the dealer changed his phone's "internal organs". not to mention, the phone died months later.

anyways, just try to go to recognised dealers like doctor mobile or something thought its a little pricey.

hmm , those parts they change/swap for older parts, then the newer parts they make it into a new hp and sell again ? or those willing to pay high price for the repairs will get these "spare parts" they changed from you ?

Haiz...same experience as mine,i also buy a phone at terminal one 3250,that phone condition is good,but got problem here and that,just update the firmware,settle already,give the shop to fix it,tomolo come they change it to other phone,condition tip top at the outside,im so happy that dont check it inside,after back home,i check it realise that the body of casing(main body) alreday patah,WTF! and got skru missing ....i came back,that shop dont want change it,

My suggestion,dunt buy phone at terminal one seremban,conned people,recon phone say it new phone,if want buy phone must install software for RM150,WTF..all phone shop actualy one shop but they open so many stal.WTF again...
