How to create a .gif file?

I don't know much about software and etc. Please help me, don't flame me, thanks.

Gif file can be created using software like ImageReady or UleadGif Animator

But well, this "image" thread doesn't mean those JPG/PNG/GIF formats...it is about those CD/DVD image like ISO, BIN/CUE etc

how to open DVD? it says i need dvd decoder...what kind of decoder i should get..help

opening dvd iso?
alcohol or daemontools would be able to mount it
ultraiso or magiciso to open and see the contents
windvd or powerdvd to play dvd movies
file explorer to open data dvd

did i miss out anything?

if u talking bout decoder, i assume should be trying to play movies.... powerdvd or some other dvd player software. google is your friend.

stormcodec and klite codec pack has the decoders so u can play on WMP or any of your prefered media player

i have .mp3 files in my pc and i wanna burn into cd to listen on my cd player , can ?

ur cd player got mp3 support?
or else can burn into audio cd format...

my cd player does not support mp3 format but as you said if the mp3 file is burn in audio cd format , can my cd player plays the mp3 file ?

Can, u need to rip it to CD format. Or use the Nero, burn it as CD format. It convert for u then burn it.

I see , izzit the Audio Cd Format that i can find in the nero software ?

Under Nero Express, Music -> audio CD. U can read the description below, it got say tat mp3 will automatically convert to CD format.

anyone come across .daa files? how to open this extension? i checked online and it said this extension must purchase some software in order to open tht file

ok...a noob question from me

which burning software can burn chinese file name, Nero won't recgonise chinese simplified or even traditional. Please don't ask me to rename the file, of course i know renaming back to english will always work, but as most of the people who use bittorrent and do downloading stuff (know what stuff i mean).
I have tried Nero 6.*.*.*, Nero 7 Premium & Ultra.. Anybody ????????

may i ask something, dunno wheter this has been ask or not.

i got 1 movie dvd-ripped. the movie + the subtitle less than 700mb, so i want to burn it into VIDEO CD so that i can watch in using cd or dvd player. is it possible to burn it ? if yes plzz guide me, i want the subtitle still can display the tv, not only the movie. but with the subtitle.

i assume the subtitle is in a different file. i think best way, is to re-encode the file and combine the video with the subtitles. use virtualdub for this.

then, just use nero to burn a vcd

It's quite lazy to put in the CD game in the DVD or CD drive.
I just want to play it without the CD.

just make image with them, and mount the image.

What do you mean by "make an mounted image"?

If you want to make an image from CD, you can use Alcohol
It can be mounted later with software like Daemon Tools or Alcohol itself.

So that I don't have to put in the CD game each time I wanted to play the game.

Put in my C & C General :ZH in the CD drive..and then use Alcohol 120%.
