I will vouch for them. They're pretty good, no worries (except that they should use bubble wrap, one of my games had a cracked casing.)

user posted imageOh my goodness,

How can it be???!!? City-Link courier service so bad. keep on FFK me for 3 times in a same day (today) when i request for a re-delivery service.

im wasted RM7 for just calling city-link to re deliver my parcel
and i took 1 day leave just to stay at home, and wait for the parcel arrive.
At the end they never show up.

At 5pm today, PCgame.com call me and said that City-Link courier called them
that i have already received my parcel. WTF!!!

I dont even get any message paper from courierman that come to my house.

I hope Pcgame.com can change another courier to send my game again or just do a refund to me.

Your order P000913 [1 x Age of Empires 3] will be delivered to you on 14/01/2006 due to the technical problem by the courier service, City-Link Express. Sorry for the inconvinience caused.

No, i dont get it. No message left in my home mailbox.
Clueless....

Citylink website does not provide any phone number of thier office
, map and the network coverage area. If thier office is near my house,
i better go and collect on my own, I really tired to see all this mess
