Better find a trusted agent to handle these all process for u bro, u might need to take few dayz leave to follow up with bank, send ur car to Puspakom for inspection and deal with JPJ officer and hv to wait a long longggg Q til ur turn..

Overall, the procedure is very troublesm for me thats y i handover to an agent to handle my old ride last time..

and last night ,i receive a summons letter from gov
i wan to ask ,how much i need to pay
and i am holding a p license , is 'using telephone during drive' reduct all my point ,and will my license be potong due to that?

i searched around and found out buying a specific plate number is easy. but i'm confused. is JPJ wangsa maju branch the only branch that we can go buy a plate number?any other place? putrajaya, for example? In Klang valley, that is.

i just started using this new government crap system myEG as my roadtax is near expiring. i jus log on to check my samans n i got a few for speeding on north south highway. The thing was i still got a unpaid saman on year 2007. but is oledi 2009 so i was just wondering between this 2 years how can i manage to renew my roadtax. n i got no letters or anything for the year saman 2007.

the only thing i can recall abt tat was being block n highway n give duit kopi.

2. Submit ke mana-mana Bahagian Kejuruteraan Automotif, JPJ Negeri yang terdekat contohnya JPJ Johor Bharu

3. Bawa surat kelulusan ke PUSPAKOM

4. Bawa surat kelulusan bserta laporan pemeriksaan PUSPAKOM ke JPJ Negeri (Bahagian Pendaftaran & Pelesenan)

Permohonan kelulusan daripada Bahagian Kejuruteraan Automotif,JPJ adalah PERCUMA.

Similar case here. But I think because yours is PDRM summon, not JPJ so you can renew.

My questions to you guys, 2 years ago I was working for a company and I got a JPJ summon for a failed brake light. Some miscommunication occured and it turns out the summon was not paid, but I never got any notice from them and my company thought it was already paid.

Now I can't renew my license because they want me to send that car in for inspection before I can pay the summon as apparently it has went to court and I "failed to show", when I had no idea I had to at all. That is not an issue, it was my fault and I do want to pay the summon, but the car does not belong to me or my company and the car rental company has long traded the car away.

So how can I settle this summon when I cannot get the car? They insist I send the car in for inspection, but thats asking for the impossible.
