I have a kancil 660M converted to L5(M) turbo engine. my question is, is it possible to endorse the engine if i have upgraded the turbine unit to bigger ones (say..to td04 or something)? I had a feeling that my standard turbo unit is in the verge of "destruction" and getting ready to change it..

just want to ask, what happen if my bro drive my car without license, he only got L license any action can be taken against me or him if he was caught driving alone?

it depends on whether your testimonyt.
if get caught, you need to take a part of responsibility if you authorize him to use your car but you can always claim that he drive your car without your authorization, but again, it's you brother..

I have some question
i just bought 2nd hand car on February 2009
at that time i change ownership so i need to buy new insurance
i bought insurance valid for one year. so it mean it will be expired on feb 2010
buy i just realized that my roadtax will end on this month aug 2009.

so when i renew my roadtax should i renew also my insurance?.
or can i just extend the insurance untul aug 2010 folowing my road tax so next year all will be together..

please advise

okay, i got 2 year 2003 court case saman and blacklisted by jpj & pdrm.
i paid few days ago, and when i checked online, pdrm no more blacklist, but jpj still got.
what is the problem ?

As my previous expenrience, BOTH driver & car owner will been caught. TWO summon will be issue from JPJ and there might be court case too

Some says pay rm 30 within the dateline...
but here says rm 150...

my friend has been driving his dad's car for 2 years without license. he got stopped by JPJ twice and police once but they only give saman. never issue him a court case or anything.

same case as me.i used to drive my father old daihatsu charade for 4yrs...yes,got stop by JPJ and PDRM saman also.no court case so far.and after that get license also no problem,buy car also no problem,even finish paying off my car and renew roadtax and insurance also OK so far...dunno,maybe lucky...

hey guys needs some advises....i got saman from the police last nite...cuz i failed to show my driving liscene with my picture in it...i only had my slip liscene and they couldnt accept it...so i was just wondering how much would summon be?

i find it very unreasonable because all this while...when other road blocks checked on me...and i gave them the slip liscene they would accept and let me go...but when i told this bunch of idiots..they said the rest are stupid not educated and lazy...not doing their job....and i dunno why i need to go to court just for this...instead of settling my summon at their branch...total unacceptable...bloody pricks...

I have a damage 2nd hand car, I did not repair it as the cost is quite huge,
there is a buyer who want to buy the car,

Is there any legal procedure on how to sell it?
The car card name, how I can change it?as I heard JPJ only change the car owner name when the car is on drivable position.
