the les paul standard priced RM2200 mention above comes with amp?
if it doesn't.....how much for the amp together?
*

Not with amp man... If you are looking for 'starter packs' Epiphone has a Special II coupled with an amp in a nice box set (with STrap! oh yess!) that goes around.. 1.5k? not sure.. Ask Woh Fatt-that snob

Btw, if you're just starting out, I would recommend an SX Stratocaster which is really cheap considering the quality of sound it produces - This one goes for about RM500! Can you believe that? I couldn't tell the difference between an SX and a Mexican Tele! Me and my friend tested it out the other day.. Awesome stuff..

SX Telecaster - RM 520 drool.gif
SX Stratocaster - RM 530 thumbup.gif

Anybody (namely Blacktrix) doing a pricelist on Gibson's?

Angeling if you like LP and Yamahas why don't consider the AES series? It's the Yammy's version of LesPaul, for AES620 it costs around RM2k I believe and it has a SD JB in it!! It's highly recommended by many users, used by CHris Poland in his recordings, and recently they made a Sammy Hagar signature model based on that guitar as well.

Yup, please discuss about the price and not "I want this one" or "I want that one"

"I want this one" or "I want that one" can be done at Your Dream Instrument Setup thread .....

No offence Blacktrix but your EMGs might have something to do with it sounding not so warm. tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Sean, Ishibashi's selling the 60 at 70k yen, more than twice as expensive as the 50, which is about 30k yen. This is probably because the 60VTX has more features - more amp models, stompbox modulator & stereo speakers.
Anyway CK's selling the 50 one at RM1250 if i'm not mistaken so my guess is that the 60 would be around RM2000lar lol.
