Seymour Duncan's website
http://www.seymourduncan.com But you could hardly hear the difference and it seems that the demo guy plugged his guitar into a cheap SS amp lol. |

JB VS Duncan Distortion
JB sounds "cleaner" while Distortion sounds more raw.. Do you know how much does Duncan Distortion costs? |

Hmm... I want to buy some DiMarzio pups. Any ideas of places selling the DiMazrio Evolution or BlazeII? The sound made area really solid and clear. These are real good ones.

You mean you want to change only one pickup ? If you are then .... it looks weird having one pickup slot empty .... its like wearing one shoe instead of a pair ... I think it will effect your sound too ..... coz you cant use the 3 switch selector |

You can always leave the stock neck pup there.

zzub, you can either
- remove the neck pickup (visual impact ? look cool IMO... sound impact ? well, you have only one left available pickup so it reduces your 'versatility') - keep the neck pickup (it won't alter the sound of you bridge pickup at all, as long as your pickup selector is set on "lead". If you set to the middle position or to "rythm", then the neck pickup is used). If you use only the bridge pickup, i'd say you remove the neck pickup.. your guitar would look more 'extreme'. And according to the kind of pickup you want to put in, you don't mind looking more extreme |

Hmm.. how come only talk about electric pickups only here? no acoustics?
Anyone tried out the Takamine Valve preamp and pickup setup? finally.. a valve on an acoustic!! |
