how do i change the fsb:dram timing...cant see any option to change in BIOS..using msi 845pe max mobo...btw how to install 2 prime95 bcoz it ask me to uninstall the 1st 1

Advance Chipset Features>DRAM Timing Setting>DRAM Frequency(AUTO/200/266/333).. that is ur divider setting..

u dun need to installl 2 copy of prime95 for dat.. just run the app twice..

6hour at least to assure that it is completely stable..
n more detail about ur ram n procs?..

so just use the 266... and u'll run them as 1:1 divider..
forget about the hsf n psu first..
futher disscusion u should post it here dude..

guys one noob question here, i cant find the option in BIOS to overclock my proc/memory (mayb my mobo doesnt support?)

running P4 1.7Ghz, 768Mb pc2100 ddr, Ati9500

I hav successfully overclock my ATI easily with the help of rivatuner/ ATI tools but can this simple way apply to overclock the FSB, proc, memory? if yes, wats the software

I have found a very good watt calculator... hope the moderator can pin this up

eXtreme Power Supply Calculator

Its not even a software.. no need to download anything, just key in the hardware you are using and they will estimate the amount of power needed... cheers laugh.gif

hello sempai, I need advise

I having dillemma to upgrade graphic card or system. My current specs is as you see on my sig. Now I got O/c my (lock) Barton2500+ to 3200+ (2.2Ghz @ 200Fsb)

Should I upgrade to AM2 system (3500+) or to upgrade graphic accelarator from Radeon96xt TO nV 6800GT ?.

have my CPU gone bottleneck ? Will my AM2 system leap ahead my Radeon96xt to the max OR should my current setup with nV6800gt would have major performances?
