Acer is using LCD while the Asus is using LED.
Both are HD screens(1366X768 pixels)
LED will be more bright compare to LCD.

About the screen, forgotten that I wrote the specs myself.
LOL, screen quality different may be due to manufacturer of the screen imo.
Eg, samsung, sony, etc...

Definitely, that depends from where the manufacturer source the screen panel...

Yeah, but most likely the quality can't be much difference and even it is, sometimes our naked eyes couldn't differentiate it.
Anyway, we can wait for the Asus and compare the screen by then. smile.gif

Both are HD screens, but as a user of Acer 5750G I'm very satisfied with it. Not sure about the Asus though.

if budget is not your concern here, i think better choose asus.

you get better gaming performance, and no offense to acer, maybe better build quality as N series is a premium line from asus. nod.gif

Yeap, well said, if I have the budget I would really want to lay my hands on the N series though.

Anyway, I'm also satisfied with mine now.

Totally agree with you on the build quality. Tested on AS5750G and N43JQ (older version of N series), 5750G feel so plastic, while N43JQ feel so solid. If budget allows, go for N series, else just grab 5750G, since 5750G specs & price is very attractive.
