It seem the feedback on residence 8 is not so good.
I have just make the booking on Block B and currently the cheapest unit with 1350sqf cost RM435900 available. According to them, balance on 2 units left with this built up. the balance left only those 1411 sqf. |

Received call from one of the employee from OCR. This saturday soft launch will no longer entitle 7% Discounts but only 6% + 4 units of 1HP aircond (don't know what brand) that can only be redeem after completion of the projects. JUST FOR SHARING. |

I am living in Happy Garden DSL. I am keen to get one unit for investment but I was told this developer did lousy jobs in townhouse project in Bandar Centrepoint area.
Access sharing with Sri Jati 1 and 2 are scary too? Reading the feedbacks here is even more scary. What will be rental like in 3 years time? Do you share the same thoughts? many of my frens and relatives said this one will not make it. The project is neither mid or high end. How to compare rental with existing Sri Jati 1 and 2? honestly speaking price per square feet is about RM300 which is consider still cheap compare to bukit jalil area which is around RM350
property price always need to see per square feet and not the total price... anyway to me is still a good buy cause i survey the area and do some comparison with Koi Kinrara and Atmosphera which launch 1 year ago along Jalan Puchong.. their price is around RM220 psf and this one is RM300 psf which is acceptable as property price appreciate about 25% to 30% from last year to this year... as for the really big mosque nearby that area... i have ask some of my friend who stay in Sri Jati... they say not much of a concern... one big concern for those ppl stay in Sri Jati is the PARKING SPACE which is crazy crowded... so i guess this is the only problem... even the apartment that i am staying right now.. Nilam Puri in BBP 2, also crowded.. one apartment with 3 cars and only 1 parking space.. haha!! if got money is worth to buy but for me i do not have the money so cannot buy.. hahaha... |
