For BDMV File (Navigation Menu) support, it can support BD JAva version 1.0 only, which mostly is Concert and some Chinese movie. For Bd JAva version 2.0 menu, only Egreat S100 can support it.

I just got the R200 II today and have tested some files. It is not playing blu-ray files with PCM 5.1, it only plays it in stereo; it does play dolby true hd and dts hd
I already tried the HDMI RAW and MULTI LPCM settings

Also, the AAC 5.1 music files only play in 2 channel stereo; they are supposed to play in 5.1

Please let me know what can be done. I have the 1.6.8 firmware that came with the player

Hi, pls PM me Egreat R200, is this is the best product with HD from Egreat? any other product from Egreat able to play HD u can advise, main thing is i want it able to play ISO file.

What is the best price i can get for Egreat R1-II, Egreat R6B, Egreat R200?
I am getting more than 3 units.

Do you play RMVB file? ISO files is Bluray ISO or DVD Iso?

Make sure that your audio device can support to play 5.1, also I think this is compability issue, not related to product problem.

I am using a receiver Denon 1611 that can play all 3 blu-ray uncompressed formats

the DTS HD and TRUE HD work fine; I am pretty sure this is EGREAT problem

I had an Egreat M34A and it did the same thing on LPCM 5.1

I sold it. I also have an HDX and it plays LPCM 5.1 perfectly every time

Hope they will release a fix on this issue on future firmware release.

For Bluray iso files that cannot play, you need to do some setting.

Go to Setup, then System, then scroll to 'Bluray Navigation' and select 'Simple Navigation'.

After done so, you should be able to play the iso file.

I also have a movie which has the similar issue. After did this setting, it is able to play.

For your audio issue, this is kinda weird, maybe you can try to upgrade to the latest firmware which I posted above and upgrade it.

Make sure you download the correct firmware for your Egreat model.

playback some media file with DTS-HD but my receiver (without DTS-HD Decoder) come out only stereo, normally if I watch bluray..my receiver still can decode the DTS -core eventhough is DTS-HD from bluray...??

P/S: No problem at all for media file with DTS..

Be patient when download....i'm facing slow speed too.

For your audio issue, this happens to all Realtek chipset which can support DTS HD passthru. All brands using this new chipsets which support passthru DTS HD will no longer able to send DTS core signal to your receiver. It will only downmix to stereo.

It has been happened since Realtek 1073DD+ and up to RTD1185DD chipsets.

Solution is either get a DTS HD receiver or get the movie with DTS soundtrack only.

bro FusionTechSupply, im using r100 & just updated firmware to 2.0.5.9. but now every few seconds, the player will restart & all LAN & USB connection will be lost. have to shut down few seconds & turn on back again. then it will restart again.

have checked under setup->misc, the version 2.0.5.9 is correctly displayed.
