Is virtual host email accounts easy to set up on Postfix?

What mail server do you recommend for this?

I need to set up these for email accounts. e.g.
username: user1@domain1.com, user2@domain2.com

Thanks.

there are two ways or more of doing it.

have postfix do it for you via table lookup (uses system accounts). documentation is here or you can have a DB-backed infrastructure where each user are virtual (no system accounts). the former is easier to implement since it doesn't involve other applications except postfix while the latter requires your smtp and imap server authenticate against the DB, which must have a certain scheme. i used to use this until i decided it's much more complex than it needed to be.

both have its advantages and limitations. find one that you can live with.
