do anyone know where to get the airbrush that's similar to mspaint airbrush for photoshop?
the brushes inside photoshop are too formal to my liking, and there isnt any significant gap between "drops"
i just need to have something to create a sort of doodles feel...i'm not really an artist or designer or what..
just wanna doodles out something during free time...

try this link http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-freehand.html and look under custom brush. U can create something similar to it.

Those are normally shot using specific shutter speed. If you want to do photo manipulation I suggest you to find some stock images or stock footage and explore from there.

Try Googling light streak.
