ive never heard of it, just "heard" of the rumour...and it may be not true afaik, it's the 350 that sounds good for it's price.

A short history of my music life b4 i found this forum.

I went to an AV fair to try some can to buy, well I was lucky in a way, the man there gave me a beyer to try, and after that my ears was pamppered by it.


They took me to a place with BOSE speakers setup hidden somewhere, and I was mesmerized,.

now to me all cans sound on-par,but until I got here i reliased and read many advice.THANKS.

Now I know.

electrostat mar...stax's phones are typically around 150k ohm

wow.. n00b question here. why must have that very high impedance? 10k ohms? can u hear anything lateron?

i only know how to rate earphones by SNr and it's effective frequencies. so, tis impedance oso important?

i dunno how electrostat works...maybe it's for safety measure, so that if the amp leaks or shoot out too much current, it doesnt fry the phone right away.

Hey guys, im currently using mx550 earbuds. Thinking of upgrading to headphones. Seen the portapro and sportapro online and they dont look very cool. I've also seen koss ksc75 and sennheiser px100.

I quite like those behind the neck style. Porta and Sportapro's headband can adjust it to the back rite?

Anyone have any comments? BTW, im from kuching and if you go to a audio shop here and ask them about portapro or sportapro, they'll go "HA? What? Got kah?" So anyone here know the price(roughly) for these headphones, please do let me know! Thanks!
