Today me just got my 1st payment from Paypal to my Maybank smile.gif

and it only 3 days from the time I request withdrawal, much faster than Visa which is 5 days :

thanks to paypal for opening the door to us Malaysian for much faster withdrawal to local bank rclxms.gif

much of the step on how to add local bank acc. and withdrawal process :

1) Login to your paypal

2) Clik on My Account > Profile > Add/Edit Bank Account.

3) Click the Add button.

4) Fill in the form with your bank account details :

5) Click continue to complete the process.

6) If everything fine, you should be able to see your bank account in bank account list page.

7) Now to withdraw, go to My Account > Withdraw

8) On option section, click the "Withdraw to your bank account" link.

9) Enter the amount to withdraw and choose your bank account from the drop-down list, and continue.

10) when the withdraw request process success, you should be able to see the summary page with the rate conversion and transaction ID :

11) do check on your local bank account few days later. the amount you received should be the same as stated on paypal withdrawal summary :

Very easy, take less then 5 minutes to add bank acc to paypal and process the withdrawal request.
no need to verify anything, wait until few days(in my case 3 days) and the fund will be available at your local bank smile.gif

credit goes to khairul blog.

your link removed. simply because if everyone is like you, write something already then start a new topic with nothing to discuss and blog-whore, then this area would be pointless already.

Added on March 11, 2010, 11:56 pmthe only reason i didn't send you on vacation yet, based on http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=announce&f=137&id=50 is because i want this to be known.

we can't just simply let anyone who as a thought, and wrote, then start a thread to fish visitors. it's just not nice to others, and when others do it then the place is devalued.

why not say so, I got 1.5K last week. but still, for dealing with more than 1k usd, I would prefer the safer and convenient way which what have offered by paypal.

yes, one more advantage to withdraw to local bank acc is no fees.. unlike visa which we have to pay $5usd fees..

just a question about malaysian paypal - i read on the paypal website that you can only send and receive malaysian funds. i'm currently registered with an australian paypal account and receive funds in USD. what happens if i want to withdraw money to my malaysian account? is this possible? or should i just stick to withdrawing the money from my australian account?

fuuuuu- rm1.5k that is a bit too much for me.
perhaps in the future then.

i am an oldfag in here, dealing with me is as safe as dealing with paypal, if not safer.
perhaps for smaller amounts you might consider selling them to me directly.

i.e.

10 usd
20 usd
30 usd
50 usd
100 usd

etc.

normally we Malaysian can deal with anyone around the world in USD.
just that if paypal wanted us to deal in RM if we do transaction between Malaysian, so they can benefits with the conversion fees.
same if we do the withdraw to local bank, we have to convert all fund in USD to RM before we able to get the funds.

its not in rm bu in usd(1.5k)
its not that I am not trusting you, but you know lar its still a risk if we just trade paypal to others. if paypal found out sure will be a lot of hassle.
withdraw to own local bank account is much safer as it has been authorize by themselves.

Depend on how our local bank process the transaction too.
Normally takes 3 - 5 working days.
Remember there are charges too.

dont think there is a max but if the fund in paypal is too much, they will hold your paypal account for transfer to 'investigate' before letting your money moves on.
