• Prices Are Subjected To Change Without Prior Notice. All item prices are the best provided than the retail market price. Discounts are applicable for 3 or more titles (Blu-ray / DVD)
• A security deposit of 50% (of total purchase / per item) is required in order to secure buyers customized orders and to avoid any fraudulent deals. (For new buyers) * Not applicable for regulars *
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please refer to Replacements, Refunds & Cancellation Policy below
• Any damages caused to the item (after sales) , will not be ineligible for refunds

Domestic Shipment Policy

• Pos Express / Pos Laju will be approached for all shipments domestically. Normal delivery time is within 1 working day. A tracking number will be sent to you via PM immediately after your order has been shipped.
• In the case of Saturday / Sunday (Weekend), items will be shipped on the next working day (Monday)
• Pos Laju Rate : Peninsular Malaysia - RM6 | Sabah & Sarawak - RM10
• Please be informed that Pos Laju Fuel Surcharge has been increased from 10% to 15% , effective July 15th. Pos Laju rates may vary to certain location in Peninsular , Sabah & Sarawak
• Please take note that orders will be posted within 2 working day (not immediately) after receiving confirmed payment. For COD, PM me for an appointment

Replacements, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
