Ok back to the real topic now... One Damansara, Damasara Damai.
Am thinking off selling it right away once i got the key to finance for another house. You guys (OD owner) think it will be wiser to sell it or lease it? |

QUOTE(lynforum @ Nov 2 2012, 05:58 AM) Dont know how to count maaa.. haha! Not paying anything during construction Bought at 2++k last time, intermediate unit, mid floor higway and hills view. Maybe consider selling at 3++k. But still need to consider RPGT to be absorbed into pricing. This post has been edited by Chikedis: Nov 2 2012, 10:48 AM |

QUOTE(lynforum @ Nov 2 2012, 10:17 PM) 2xx & 3xx is too big range. higher end of 2xx vs lower end of 3xx is small gain minus off lawyer, stamp, MOT. Whoaa can get RPGT waiver? How aaa?whereas lower end of 2xx vs higher end of 3xx is almost double. for big gain deal can use the RPGT waiver, sell or keep is your own game plan Launching price last time 220k for block A better view lower unit. Now price for block B starting from 300k. Btw, if i bought it with bumi discount does it mean it is a bumi lot. Thus, i couldnt sell it to non bumi am i right? my wife also bought one unit, block B top floor for about 330k+ after 10% disc
my personal opinion....looks nice on paper, actual maybe need some feedback from block A owner later...currently block B ~ 40% completion drawback is only 1 road to go in/out, hopefully if mbpj could do something about this...if possible maybe can connect to sri Damansara for alternative route |

I took my keys approx 2 months ago and submitted my defect list a month ago but till now they have yet to fix all the defects. When I ask the developer they say I have to follow up very closely to get things done. When I spoke directly to the contractor they told me I have to wait as there are a 40 ppl ahead of me. WTF!!!
