I've looked everywhere for this font type but couldn't find anywhere.

From what i know, dot matrix printer have little pin that slammed the printhead to make a face.

Before you all said this website got this font and that font. I already checked and they ALL do not have any dot matrix printer fonts. I found one font type but
its a 9 pin version.

So my last resort is this.

Anyone have a dot matrix printer could kindly print the character sets then scanned it then post it here. The printer should be higher than a 9 pin.
If you look the dots it will count to 9 dots vertically (I need above 9 pin. 18 pin or 24 pin should do).

I want to make a font out of it.

Sorry if I make any wrong turns here.

Happy New Year!

Once, many many years ago, I actually made my own 24pin dot matrix font. IINM it was for a Panasonic printer. This was before Windows. Everything is printed in text mode. The boss was complaining that the printer's output was too small for him to read. So I spent about a few days working out the font and downloading it into the printer.

Do you want an actual font to download to the printer (in which case it will be printer model specific), or just a TTF font that looks like it was printed on a dot matrix printer?

I need the image files or a scan of the character sets. A Tiff file is good enough I think. The font should be similar like the example I gave only with a lot of dots. I wanted to make it into a windows/mac font thumbup.gif

I've already saw this. I believe this is a modification of a 9 pin dot matrix.

I believe that is 9pin dot matrix printer font..it took alot just to find one paid site ..around 5$..but there is one more problem ..it allows it to be installed at single machine.

I am in need for the same font if anybody has got hold of it.

If somebody can suggest me FONT CREATOR or FONT EDITOR..i would spend some time and make the same fonts, share the TTF file with you guys

i hope i am not asking for much..you may email me on satishmakwanaatgmaildotcom
