Agree with ipodasia. Mine P1Wimax is ok in this few months ( around 2 months before), then start on november and december, already start disaster. I'm from batu uban, Penang.
1. Connection is good and connected (green light stable) but no connection. 2. Slow, lagging on loading website up to unreachable connection. 3. Low signal, sometimes red (unable to connect) for whole day + the next day. Now, Orange light with slow speed.. Might affecting Penang user only or throughout malaysia ?.. |

P1 also use TM infrastructure.
P1 rent TM line and resell it for all. Main lines are from TM, but the tower which to connect to the end users are from P1. Like DiGi broadband, they use Time Dot Com infrastructure, but you connect to DiGi. |

Gov should boycott this kind of isp.. from tumpang here and tumpang there. |

I think you should try relocate your WiMax Modem. In my case, my room is the only one which have green signal, yet this few weeks only get orange signal. Other area, either orange or red signal. But, yesterday because of inability to withstand the slowness, i move the modem to other places in my house. Surprisingly, i get one area that has green signal. Since then, my connection is very much improved. I think P1 have somehow relocate their com. tower or something like that, so, you might want to try this. Today connection ![]() Ping test ![]() |

why so much complaints but u guys are still using it.. above 1MB is good enough lar.
they did give 1 week trial, if not happy or coverage not good by that time can return back already. u can switch back to TM streamyx, up to you, and bear with TM's lousy support, monopoly and risk of long downtimes. the choice is yours lar, u the consumer decide. P1 ain't that bad... if u really wanna point out whose the real culprit, it's TM monopolizing the fixed line broadband and making crap outta it. |
