yes, i did say 50% for gaming. however, if there are no notebook suitable or my budget limitation, so can ignore the gaming requirement. this is what i'm trying to say.
dun have HP brand?

the game that i always played like crysis, far cry 2, COD, Red Alert 3, but play for few hours only...i duno how u guys class it..so i goto normal gaming..
*

crysis and farcry 2 still needs good gc. i recommend benq joybook s42 because if u want something similar which is HP or Dell, u have to pay alot more.

anyway dear all dudes,
i had sell alot of HP product and myself was using a DV4 of HP.
So far so good as better than those mentioned brand such as sony, dell.

Why so critic about other brand ? Don't you guys JUST FEEL DON'T LIKE AND SPIT ON THE BRAND ?
So better just speak out what brand you guys prefer but not differentiate it by speaking other brand's bad like : sony sxxxk, dell fxxxk, hp stupid, or so forth.
U DARE TO SAY EVEN APPLE DON"T HAVE HARDWARE FAILURE ?
u know why HP got so many issue ? yea it's because it is a top brand in malaysia which sells most.
Of course the number of returning is high, as same as acer.
This is logic.
All people also use Intel Board, All people also use Intel Processor, All people also use Nvidia Chipest/ATI Chipset, All people also use AMD processor/board, All people also use same company outputted LCD such as (some company from sg), All people using same harddisk such as Hitachi.

Why complaint LOL ?
Please do research before making this kind of "critic". Thanks =)
I'm just helping those "brand" to share you all a correct logic.

For my personal experiences of being in sales of notebooks for 3 years long.

All brand is same in terms of hardware, just the different of BRAND(Status in market or among your friends) and PRICE(reality) and SERVICING(After-sales service).

Actually if you want a spec one,
you can go for HP Compaq.

Normally HP doesn't have 15inch in low-end spec.
HP do produce 15" notebook for HP Pavilion Series.
DV5 always cost rm4999 or rm5999.

If you tied with budget you might try out Lenovo if you're KL friend.
Penang doesn't have Lenovo service center as it is just a collect point so not convenience.

Else decision will put to Dell if you stressed on 15" inch screen.
But, 15inch doesn't bring you a real mobility experience due to heavy duty on battery life and weight.

If you really look for MOBILITY.
HP new series product, DM3.

For more information, request me here =).

Ken

These day Acer prefer sell 16" notebook with high spec in around rm4k.
For cheapest solution of 15" is DELL. Get studio.
But you can't experience mobility, for sure. Guaranteed LOL.

the mobility that i talking here is not like taking the laptop walking around.
i'm a student. constantly going back home.
with pc, of course i cant take back my whole pc, so i need to buy laptop.
and i'm quite well-built + chubby. so, weight of the laptop is not a problem for me.
i just carry 10KG+ cpu from pahang back to selangor. 8 hours travelling by bus carrying CPU.

Lol well then, choose a heavy-duty type than.
But how if i intro you to HP-Slimline ?
Check it out.

It's a desktop but with small size and powerful on perform side too.

For notebook definitely if you tied with budgets you go for Dell.

Anyway, if you looking for dell,
Get studio xps. The outlook and spec is attractive anyway,
And you may customize it as you wished in dell portal.
