all u need is flat black... so that it highlights ur UV stuff better...

dont spray ur internals with UV paint or fluorescent paint...the UV effect will be overkill and overpower all the others.

the uv effect in my casing works great even i have 2 led fans...

i think i goona buy ac ryan uv ccfl coz its sleeved and looks cool
