Details of the complaint :

Her post on her thread regarding the sales that she have made. 10/10: chance chanel +2 miniatures was MINE.



The chronology :-

I'm looking for Chanel Chance for my wedding. I post some enquries at other thread looking for this perfume. i never post any enquiry at POISONGIRL thread. But she personally pm me on this matter (mayb this is one of her way making business by observing other people thread and get customer from there).

1. On 29 Sept 2009 she sent me pm.



Then i asked her about the authenticity of the perfume. I need to be sure the perfume condition first.



First, i was looking for chanel chance edp perfume, but she only have edt. I thought i might as well take edt because it is very hard for me to look for chanel perfume .. Besides that, as u can see she's offering chanel perfume for rm200 plus 2 extra miniatures which it is for me a very tempting offer. I'm really2 excited on this as this is my dream perfume and i want to buy this for my wedding.





Then on 3rd October 2009 we discuss on COD matter and she said she's in the SINGAPORE at the moment and she will sent her alliance (JANE) to sent it to me.




After discussion this is the confirmation of the order. I met her alliance JEAN at 9th OCTOBER 2009

NOW THE REAL STORY BEGINS

On the 9th October 2009, my fiance had an accident and he had to be admitted to the hospital .. but at that time i've already promised POISONGIRL , thinking of for all this while she have been so nice to me and i dun what her to think i'm not an honest buyer, so i forced my self to find time to see JEAN. I've meet her around 1pm at sunway pyramid. Without thinking and close check, i just took the perfume and give my RM200 to JEAN. To be honest with u guys, my mind is with my sick fiance who lying sick in the hospital and i wanna rush back to see him . And since 29 Sept 2009, the day she'd pmed me, i really2 dont think she would lied to me. As u can see, the way she present her self is so nice and convincing.
Then i go back and check the perfume and both miniatures. Something wrong with that. On 9th October 2009, i sent pm to her asking about this. NO reply. That night, i go to chanel counter to check. The beauty consultant had CONFIRMED IT IS NOT ORIGINAL . On 10 October 2009 I pmed her again.



and she replied

Issey Miyake Miniature :
The box says : Vaporisateur EAU DE TOILETTE natural spray
The Bottle : EAU DE PARFUM spray/vaporisateur. (Anyway, i never ever see this any original perfume miniature with this kind of bottle design. So cheap and the smell is sooo yucky. FYI for 3 years i've been using this perfume and i know how it should smell)

As you can see, the GREEN??? one is YOURS ( i dont know what should i call this a miniature or a sample). Besides the yucky smell, Some more just written " CHANEL PARIS 5ML".
Beside the miniature, is the sample of CHANEL CHANCE that i get from chanel counter. The COLOR are the same as the original perfume. It's written " Chance Chanel Eau de Toilette Made in France and etc etc (description of the perfume).

The perfume have a weird silver sticker on top of it. Never in my life i've seen an original perfume have this. I went to the chanel counter suprisingly no sticker. The sticker said " BEST QUALITY ORIGINAL". If it is original, what the heck should have this statement? unless it is the best quality imitation of original perfume. And every perfume should have the is a clear sticker (description of the perfume) at the bottom of the perfume bottle. but for your case the clear sticker is at the tepi of the bottle ..funny. And i've checked with chanel counter, she confirmed it's not original . I demand A FULL REFUND. Please i want to settle this asap as my wedding is approching. Hope u understand .

I sent her pm since 20th October 2009 until 25th October 2009, NO REPLY from her. I have given her time not to go public and she ignored my pm's. So i posted in her thread on 26th October 2009. One forumer had commented on the prove that i've given : -

SHE SAID SHE HAVE TO FLY ALL THE WAY TO SINGAPORE BUT ISN'T SHE'S ALREADY IN SINGAPORE?? (refer to my previous attachment). Very confusing.

My last conversation with her was on [B]1st NOV 2009.

I have sent her many pm(s) on 6 and 8 NOV 2009 and replied in her thread she just ignored me.



By the way, she was online yesterday and she's totally ignored this.



I've already given her 1 month before i log an official complaint to this thread but clearly she didnt take this seriously. I have been soo transparent with u guys which i've posted all the conversations that we had. I hope othe LYN members please be extra careful with her. She's sound very nice but she's not a responsible and trusted seller. I really2 hope there is other LYN member who can help me with this. It's my fault that dream of the expensive perfume and trying hard to find a best price for this but it doesnt mean she can cheat and con other people like this. I really2 worked hard to make my wedding a dream wedding but she's ruined it . She didnt take this this seriously and play a fool on me. I know maybe some of u will think it just rm200, but it's a lot for me. Now i need to find extra money to buy a new perfume which is i'm not that rich. And i'm not going to throw rm200 to this kind of S**T people. Please is there anybody can help me on settling this issue?

sorry to hear, hope u will get the ideal perfume u wanted before wedding. Next time please try refrain from trusting online seller with important stuff like this

Its just rm 200. get on with life >_> . take it as a lesson .

I believe that seller out of money, but weird, can fly to Singapore... auch.
