i also getting slow speed on youtube..watch video on from other sites is just fine. streamyx 1mbps package.

yep, jewtube used to be SLOW, then earlier this year or something i get good speeds. (but most of the time i'll just add &fmt18 on the link and download the .mp4 format using IDM) now i can't do that. doesn't catch mp4 files already

THe only thing they didnt cap is facebook @@ facebook videos can load very fast

guys, please don't just post the dissatisfaction here. It will not do anything.
Rather, go complain in MCMC (aduan.skmm.gov.my) and CFM (www.cfg.org.my). Because if we do not complain and pressure them to stop, the will continue capping whatever website they see fit. Next time we end up with 10mpbs line but go to all websites only 1kbps. That's really lousy when some of us are stuck with streamyx and have no alternative. Please join together and lodge complain. I already done my part. Please do your part as well. |

I lodged a complain with CFM as well. I included screenshots of a youtube video download (using Internet Download Manager. about 20+kBps) and a screenshot of my TM Speedtest (my speedtest download speed was 1600+kbps).
I urge others to do the same. |

Yep, youtube is capped alright. I cant stream normally and when I try to download with IDM I only get 15~30kb/s. Streamyx stream my axx.

I also got this slow stream problem since last week.. just now I call 100 asking them about some problem.. and there's an announcement about slow connection to US websites.. so thats might be why youtube quite slow..
