check what is the model of your p1 modem....
if it is DV-230 then itself can support wifi....there is a usb wifi adaptor come with the modem and you need to attach it to the modem to use the wifi. |

Set the router mode to AP mode if enable
 or set the ip to static ip connect to LAn not WAN portIf u got DD-WRT better |
