not sure if you guys notice it, but the connection to wow server has been pretty good these few weeks. i'm getting between 500ms and 600ms each time and it's rather stable without any spikes or whatsoever

well that actually bad for me. lol i want at least 250!

250ms is a wet dream come true in this good internat conection forsaken land.
the best/amazing constant line i can get a is between 500~690ms

I'm just wondering, can i do arena with minimal 550ms, max under 900ms? does under 900ms= frustrating?

if 500~700 "do able" then,
thaurrisan server, orc lock LF an starter(noob)/casual 2v2, 3v3 arena team, will respec demo/destru if needed, will dload gladius addon, will learn tactic/playstyle if there a patience teacher(i'm a slow learner:( ), NO vent please.

If you want to arena, I think its best use tunneling services, at least 300+ ms is more viable for arena. And Vent is such a convenience and in most cases necessity why not use it, especially for arena-ing?

uhh sometimes I'm about 400 - 580ms + only.. but when raiding I'm always disconnected lol

if ur a melee, anything above 400ms can result into german-kid rage inducing collateral damage to your pc equipments. and that is not implying that melee is any much worse than range/casters either. having instant casts reduced into time casted spells, whooo!!!

and no vent? forget arenas.

i have the same problem. eversince i merge to bnet account. only happends to 25 man raids too. 10 man seems normal. With tunneling service im getting 450+ average. sucks honestly.

i lost about 1k personal dps going from 250 to 450/500+ latency. as melee of cos. sigh. soon im gonna be replaced if this goes on.

had "bad" experience with vent, and i also think vent clog up some of my line lantency.

don't feel like paying extra $ for a game.

i dont mind paying for a tunnel service. which really improve my latency but a huge margin hence improve my performance in game.

But my current disconnections on 25 mans. never happen, till i merge account and coming to malaysia. So i'm guessing it's the connection and not bnet. Oh well.. looks like i have limited option left.

I am also getting disconnected quite often in 25 man when they are too many stuff going on (like Onyxia during whelp phase), it's really getting annoying, 10 man are fine.

And now, it's not addons or crap, even without any it still does it.
I am in China btw, so it's not only tmnet issue, my computer is topnotch so I think it's wow engine getting swarmed by connection and loosing it.

I do wish they could somehow "clean up" or improve the engine for Cataclysm... my fps is sometimes not what it should be with my machine in some places... engine is getting really the limitation at the moment.

i use full addons (like recount), run on screamyx... and ony whelps? no problem, no dc.

i peak at 13k DPS on onyxia whelps too LOL (so far no one topped my dps on this lol. not even other assassination rogues maybe cuz they need to L2P)

to be fair, it isnt even fok being imba, its assassination talents spreading poisons around those whelps and due to focused attacks, my energy is always at 100 >.>

Yar, I didnt have that issue that much when i was in china (even though it happened few times in Anubarak room in naxx for some reason...)

I am starting to kinda avoid 25 man pug just for that... no idea what exactly is happening but from what I see in the forums, quite a few people are getting that issue (from different countries/isps etc.)

Hey guys, is there an addon that actually let you exceed the default camera distance?

Not an addon but a setting that you have to type in the in-game chat.

Google it. I don't have it with me atm. Think if you just google "Wow camera distance setting", something will come up.

For camera:
