Its their style and work attitude not to reply people. My stuff has been sent to their place for almost 3 months now...no reply...no decency to let people know whether the stuff can RMA or not.....I also not bothered to call them already...there are always other suppliers...

i was disappointed with the your poor service, at least u must reply me wheter the hard disk is claimed or not but u don't. Last time u call me for my warranty but the item is "motherboard" ? then u said u will call me, until now i didn't received any call from u yet.

Power supply at one-stop....but don't bother la...waste your time and mine...I never seen such bad rma service before...
