My Maxtor HDD is dead.
May I know how much does M-Link charge for RMA service?
I bought it from another forumer last time, just checked from Maxtor website, still have warranty.

Also, may I have Ingram Micro's contact number for RMA enquiry?
I wanna ask the particular shop who got this HDD from them, maybe can just send back to the same shop.

Thanks. smile.gif

Hey, just bought Altec ADA885 from you guys on Sat night(Midlands). Just tested this morning. But the bass from the subwoofer is very boomy. Its hard to get a solid bass. And it sounds different from the one you displayed.

Any advice?

Bass control. Well, i adjusted the bass on the right speaker where the bass is... and also tried the software settings... still the same...

Drum beat even sounds boomy.

Any 1-to-1 exchange if its faulty?

OK, so if i bring over, and the problem is confirmed, can i get a 1-to-1 exchange? its just one week.

And i noticed, sometimes when i turn the speaker off, the subwoofer led remains at green. its supposed to turn red isnt it.

Or can u give me ur contact number, as i would like to settle this asap. thanks in advance.

btw, nice price for the ADA885 thumbup.gif
