No problem at all. Before installing Windows 7, make sure u have all the drivers that are necessary (Windows 7 version of driver).

If u are connected to the internet through Wifi or LAN, make sure at least you have Wifi or LAN driver for Windows 7. After installing Windows 7, just run Windows Update, u can find all needed drivers there.

Most of the drivers will be installed as you install the windows. If you are using older printer like me you can find your driver at windows update.

As I said most of the drivers will installed automatically. If there drivers which wasn't installed you can use either windows updates or vista driver.

For what? Audio, Graphic or Networking drivers?

@Thread Starter, you should get Windows 7, you're asking if it has disadvantages, to me no. It works faster than Vista, its also much more time saving
