do you need lcd?do you know how to assemble the pc?do you have an os?

if yes is the answer for all three or two of my questions then the bolded pc is the best

Never buy branded PC for gaming. You can get much better value by customize 1 yourself.

If u wanna gaming rig, own self customised would yield a higher result compared to branded pc from big companies..

Hmm, well in that case, I think performance wise, you cant get better bang for your buck than the suggested AMD custom build. But if you really want ultimate peace of mind without the hassle out troubleshooting your system and the complications that come with that, then I suggest taking the Dell. Still, it's your quid, so your call.
