academics is a bonus in life. Its a guarantee in life in fact. When you're a dentist you have nothing to worry about. You're an MBA grad? So what? Who's gonna hire a 21yrold manager?

you cant be an MBA grad being 21 years of age lar.

it means you have to finish degree at the age of 18, highschool at 14.

many many tuition + memorize all the keywords n methods + FAMA scholarship = win in malaysia school system which leads to

be (insert race here) + get scholarship go overseas = which leads to

study overseas = possible chance to break cycle

OR

kiss lecturers !@# + memorize tutorials + write as much nonsense as possible = win in malaysian public uni (mine definitely)

And they wonder why our education system cant produce winrars Oh and i studied programming in a public U, so my knowledge of the subject just covers the few examples given in class

MAsters got learn on conflict resolution, staff temperament analysis, team building, project management, risk assessment, self initiative, persuasive techniques, strategizing, and taking responsibility when shit happens, and industry/market experience and knowledge, self motivation, higher EQ etc?

no one will hire a freshie, even if u got a Masters, to be a MANYZER, coz u has no KPI and breakthrough results to show liao

but i wont go as far as to say academia is worthless, both experience and academia plays a vital role in a persons job prospects. ive met people with experience but failed almost every random subject possible, safe to say their prospects arent tooo great either.



lol, i kinda took notice the people who normally say results dont mean shit do normally fail exams. not that i am implying you, however a lot of people who fail like mad do use this as a fall cusion for their lack of erm study,.
