1) Photostat IC with actual size
2) First month rental in advance
3) HP Number
4) Package Price
5) Home Address

P1 Wimax
1) Photostat IC and Driving License
2) RM100 For Modem Deposit (Refundable if any cancellation of services)
3) HP Number
4) Package Price
5) Home Address

Dealing method:
1) Bank Transfer
2) COD (Subang SS15, Puchong, PJ SS2, or POS Laju)
