Using USD Ok wat...u expect foreign hotel booking accepting RM?...BTW, local agents might be/ most of the time more expensive than those Agoda/asiarooms websites.

i think some hotels would take RP as well. but as bro stimix said, please head to the first page for reference. All you need to know is mostly there. A great and most complete guide.

so you recon i should get my rooms from online rather than the agents because they tend to be cheaper? i saw the asianrooms website and they seems pretty good to book online. anyone booked before from asianrooms?

Me booked using asiarooms lah..balisani..used to be USD19/nite..now increased dy..

Other countries that I hv booked wth include Agoda/ cuti.com, PYO, sawadee & travel...(can't remembered liao) all online..& all of them fulfill my order except once I used Air asia Go holiday..keeps on changing my hotel last minute!!

GO holiday from airasia sucks? never tried that before but they seems pretty pricy too

Hey guys, I'm goin Bali for 4days 3nights from dec 10 to dec 13...
reaching bali at 1.35pm on first day and leaving bali at 7.45pm on last day.

My plan

Day 1: Tanah Lot, makan babi guling
Day 2: 2am travel to Lovina to see dolphin.
Day 3: Travel in the morning to travel to climb mount Kintamani. go Tabanan for hot spring, then go for spa
Day 4: (nothing yet)

I've got a bit noob when it comes to planning. So can anyone help me to ease my travelling transactions.
First ques: should i overnight in lovina after the dolphin so i wouldnt need to travel so long distance to mount batur?
or should i go back to kuta or ubud after my dolphin trip and travel at 2am the next day to mt kintamani?

any suggestions are welcome as I've never been to Bali and i dunno which to go ergo i cant book any hotels yet.

Instead of staying Kuta, stay somewhere near Lovina once you reach so that you dont have to wake up @ 2am for the dolphin trip...
How bout after Lovina, stay somewhere near the mountain so that youo dont have to wake up at 2am for the climbing?

i was thinking to stay at Hard Rock Bali for 1 day just for the experience. is there a promotion period that you can get may be RM300++? or may be has anyone manage to get it that price , lowest or close to it?

Day 1 : airport - > tanah lot -> taman ayun -> lovina(sleep)
Day 2 : dolphin -> bedugul temple -> desa angseri hotspring -> tagallang(if time permits coz 3rd day you will pass here again) ->ubud(sleep)
Day 3 : kintamani hiking -> tegalallang if u missed previous day-> ubud(babi guling lunch) -> Tirta Empul -> Goa Gajah -> SPA -> Dinner Dirty Duck-> ubud(sleep)
Day 4 : Uluwatu -> nusadua -> Kuta -> airport

Third day: can we go back Kuta, coz i heard kuta has a better night life.. and where's the surfing warehouse.. plan to buy some surf pants..

just got back from bali after 5 nights there...2 nights at Junjungan Bali in Ubud and 3 nights at Aston Bali in Nusa Dua...damn i miss it already!

1st day - arrive at noon, drove u to Ubud and check in, walked around ubud, dinner at dirty duck diner and yum cha at yoga barn kafe
2nd day - free and easy, had babi guling at ibu oka, walked around ubud, went for spa for 5 hours, dinner at Watan Waru (candlelight as ubud no power until 10pm)
3rd day - full day tour, tegalalang, kopi luwak, taman ayun, kintamani (lunch @ grand puncak), tampak siring, tanah lot (sunset) and dinner at sharkey's jimbaran
4th day - easy morning then off to GWK (waste of money!), few beach stops on the way, uluwatu for sunset and kencak, dinner at stadium bar in Kuta
5th day - easy morning, lunch at Poppies Cafe in Kuta, walk around kuta endlessly, back to hotel to chill, dinner at Kendi Kuning

all and all a lovely holiday...the travelling around can get tiring but worth the view and experience...

will review more when i have the time...

nice...missed the dirty duck diner and ibu oka as i din go to ubud... since its 3hours from kuta
i went thee 5 days also but din do much as well..its more of a relaxation trip.. sun tanning n spa..

I doubt u can get that low.. unless its some coorporate deals that purchase rooms in bulk.

Anyone can get good price for Hard Rock Hotel Bali?

Given by a tour guide. What's your opinion? Will take out some and add in some based on the opinions I have studied in this thread.

I guess some of the places are really expensive right? Haha

Program:
1ST DAY : JIMBARAN DINNER,HOTEL CHECK IN HOTEL SEMINYAK(HARMONY SEMINYAK)
2ND DAY : BALI CLIFF BEACH/DREAMLAND,ULUWATU,GWK DINNER
3TH DAY :PINDAH HOTEL KE HOTEL DI DEKAT KUTA SQUARE AREA, KINTAMANI TOUR(batubulan,celuk ubud,gunung berapi,LUNCH,tampaksiring coffee factory and temple,tegalalang,back to kuta),mau ke made warung terserah awak on your expense
4TH DAY: RAFTING ,LUNCH,BACK TO KUTA ,SPA (2 jam treatment).DINNER AT AKAME SEAFOOD RESTAURANT.
5TH DAY :PINDAH HOTEL KE LEGIAN STREET(HARMONY HOTEL supaya dekat dgn bounty nightclub dan tempat seronok malam hari).bedugul lake bratan hotspring angseri,lunch (BABI GULING) TANAH LOT SUNSET,BAKSO at your own expense.
6TH DAY ; water sport(paraseling,banana boat,turtle island atau diving saja)
7th day : no program.sampai masa untuk antar balik ke airport

Total: RM1100/person for 7 days.. Kinda expensive!

estimation? as im planning to have my 3 yr anniversary wiv my gf there
for maybe like a 3 days 2 nites or 4 days 3 nites
as i am a newbie in travelling
in fact nvr travel outside of msia b4

n when shud i book my hotel n flights? n which hotel will u guys recommend? of cos i don need those 5 star hotel or business or first class air plane seats

depends on wht u want to do and quality expected...can be as low as RM1000 to as high as RM10000....easier for u to have a budget and plan around it...

u also need to know what u want to do...relax and enjoy beach or go sightseeing...
