Hi everyone,
I m using used blackberry 8310 brought from secondhand phone shop RM450.

1st i went to Celcom Ctr to subscribe BIS coz i got "0" knowledge about Blackberry, i juz heard from TV n news paper..
From my Xpac number i subscribe BIS - RM2.50 .. but only push mail can work.. but no browser.. ( ...your device is not configure for BIS or BES access...please contact wireles provider..)
2nd time i went to Celcom they said everything OK.. and ask me go to Blu Cude Queensbay Mall Penang..coz they dont have technical people at Celcom Ctr...without any question i went to Blucube.. but......after checking my 8310 they said that model didnt support .. coz late model... they only support the one,, that on Promotion.. is it True???

a few things in my mind now..
my 8310 block by service provider.
or ... device got problem?
or ... something wrong with the setting..


Anyone know how to solve my problem please...help..

i think . all bb can support . =)) . u go another celcom centre . ask them .

aIYAKKKK...another Celcom Ctr.. difrent centr ,,difrent answer meh ?

celcom cntr should know as they are the provider.if u go there, try look for a broucher that got blackberry pict in it and tell them need the blackberry internet service (BIS).if they still dont know about it..switch to maxis

Hi. Maybe you can try to wipe (kinda formatting) your handheld 1st.

Already flash with 4.5 .. do i need to flash Rom?? thanks ..

Bro,, i just switch from Maxis to Celcom.... Maxis BIS rm28/week . Celcom only rm2.50.. but service SUCK !

try to check under the service book option, is there any internet browsing service listed. u can try to re-send the service books, re-register the HRT, then battery pull. gud luck.
