got combo... but dont have free wifi modem .... the first bill i receive is on 07 SEP 2008 and the second bill on 07 NOV 2008 which charge me Rm296.05... Rm 1 for caj bulanan , Rm 0.05 for jumlah caj kena cukai , Rm 220 for Rm110 combo X 2 month and Rm 75 for activation...

cannot be kua. Cuz when i register, that person say, phone part is 75+10. No one say to me about phone rent during first month
That's my problem. Dont have 2nd page. *goes to haunt the person who opened her bill* that's the hardest part living in an apartment lor.I will need to change my bill address after this. Here not safe. I only have first page, the rest I know from what the #100 told me, but it didnt seem logical to me at all!! So if everyone also not charged, then I have enough argument to talk with the tmpoint tomorrow

Like OscarComp stated, i also had a Lain2 caj amounting to rm91... which i soon found out that its for the phone line... something about setting up the main line in my taman area(my place quite far frm town)

it could be similar in your case. But it cnt be phone line charge, as Combo bill starts frm the day ur phone line is activated. its not seperate, unless u have actually registered it as seprate package. Perhaps check with TM Point, and the dealer who managed ur application.

Go to TMPoint & ask for ur complete bill. Then ask the CSR about ur bill....

from what i understand, RM75 for Deposit & RM 10 for stamp duty. Then the ++ thingy is for pro rate rental? Bcos combo only start once streamyx installed. Am i right?

First bill . The bill is correct , that bill is for active line , cagaran is the deposite u pay for the tm telephone (RM75) , when u terminate the streamyx , u can took it b , then setem RM10 , talian telefon 4km (Cabling ) RM18.08 , then did u c diskaun , RM25 penjimatan RM25 , it dint count in , mean u no need pay the phone rental coz it add together in second bill of ur combo , cukai 5% which is 5% of ur talian telefon , mean RM18.08 X 5% = RM0.90.
RM75 + RM10 + RM18.08 + RM0.90 , so total is around RM100

Second bill is ur combo bill which is RM110(for 1mb) + RM110 (advance ) + RM75 activation fees (may be waived during promo) + some taX

Third bill and so on is RM110 (1mb combo )

I just come back from TM point today. They said the phone rental charges was wrong. So they are going to refund me the extra RM16+ . It was just confusion on TM part
