Did you tried this?
301 Permanent Redirect from Blogger Beta to WordPress You can't really do a proper 301 redirect without .htaccess. |

What Joseph said is correct. You're going to have to include a command in the .htaccess on Blogger's side if you wanted to redirect from old posts to new ones. Which unfortunately, Blogger won't allow this.
So you'll have to put up a post saying you've moved. Google will detect after awhile the old blog isn't active and will move it down the positions. Then replace yours above it. |

So, the only way is to use meta refresh to redirect your visitors to the new site.
Meta refresh is the best alternative to 301 Redirect. You might be interested to read this too. Is a Meta Refresh Safe When You Can't Do a 301? |

So, really don't have a best solution when you don't have access to .htaccess.
You may try to ask blogger help support about this matter? Or, use the alternative to 301 Redirect. |

301 redirect means, you're telling everyone that your website moved even robots like GoogleBots.
Which won't penalize your PR, google ranking etc. And of course, your valuable visitors. If you don't do 301 redirects, robots might not know this site has been moved. |

I see, but 301 redirects shld be the last step after migrate blogspot to wordpress, right? Can u guide me the steps to migrate? I have purchased a domain name from GoDaddy via Blogger, I dunno how to set DNS etc, all done by Google when I redirect blogspot to own domain. So, the first step is to buy a webhosting, right? then migrate? export all my posts to xml file first then import to new webhosting? so, when wordpress comes into picture? DO we need to submit for indexing again? I really dunno the steps coz i have no IT background Any suggestion where can i get the step-by-step procedure to migrate from blogspot to wordpress with own hosting? Thanks so much. |

BTW, any idea how they charge (agak-agak) for helping us to migrate & setting OR FOC if we buy hosting from them? Can them just help us to migrate via online arrangement or we need to meet them? Thanks. |

Lot's of hosting provider staff will migrate ur data from old hoster for free.. There's no additional charge tho.. 99% sure.. Might be some hoster will ask for additional fee but as far as know, the staff will migrate ur data for free..
No need to meet them or whatsoever.. Just open up support ticket then provide ur old account detail & they will do their job.. Fire up ur provider with support ticket before u subscribe their service.. You can know how good or not their service / staff via the support ticket.. =) |

Support ticket means, a place where you can submit your questions, feedback, help etc.
Then it will be assigned to a staff and he/she will help you with your problem. Just find link that says "Help" or "Support" after you logged into your hosting panel. |
