How to complete setup into netwok & default port HTTP 80. Thank You.

As far as i know, you need to redirect port 80 to 8080 dansguardian. Correct me if i'm wrong.

It doesn't have to be port 8080.
Dansguardian will not work alone. It need web proxy.

internet(80)<------>proxy(any port)<----->dansguardian(any port)<----------->clients

To hardened your configuration, you also need to forward (to dansguardian) or block port used by proxy from direct access by clients.
This way clients cannot bypass dansguardian.
