I personally recommend for RCL brand shuttlecocks (price as of current),
a.If you want shuttlecocks with good flight and acceptable durability, go for those above RM45. b If you want shuttlecocks with good flight and excellent durability, go for those above RM55. c. If you want shuttlecocks with excellent flight and excellent durability, go for those around RM65. This post has been edited by rclsports: May 25 2010, 09:08 AM |

Close fight for RCL, Sealion and Yonex. RSL is still leading. Before that I thought the big 4 is RCL, Sealion, RSL and Protech. But the poll here shows that RCL, Sealion, RSL and Yonex are the true big 4, at least at the moment.

Most of players prefer to get shuttle in the range of RM55 and below, with that, currently, Protech offer the best value for money.
Those who had better budget goes for RSL and Yonex, butlately Li-Ning is making good progress as well with 15 shuttle tube! |

QUOTE(fatnfit @ Apr 3 2010, 01:51 PM) I know in The Challenger (PJ, Cheras and Kepong), they do sell a model called RCL Titanium Gold which is over RM60, it should be a grade higher than your RCL Perfect. I bought RCL titanium from The Challenger (PJ) RM45 ........ maybe is old stock or somthin, cos dont even last one game how much u guys bought actually? cos my friend also bought this model but very long lasting, or i bought fake brand? |

If I am not mistaken, the one you bought is RCL Platinum which is lower grade than RCL Titanium. Try to look for RCL Platinium Gold in the The Challenger. It is very lasting.how much u guys bought actually? cos my friend also bought this model but very long lasting, or i bought fake brand? This post has been edited by rclsports: Jun 29 2010, 09:25 AM |

Ya, way too cheap. What I know is The Challenger is selling RCL Platinum at RM45. I got no idea why RCL Titanium is RM45.

QUOTE(Bumbeee @ Jul 8 2010, 09:43 PM) tried RSL tourney, quite okie.. but RSL No1, not so good compare to tourney, Sure, RSL Tourney Classic is 1 grade above RSL No.1. RSL Tourney Classic is same grade as Protech Masterpiece. Another choice you can consider is RCL Titanium which is of the same grade too.protech masterpiece cant endure for 1 hard game.. RSL No.1 is 1 grade below. In the market, what I know is RCL Gold No.1 is same grade as RSL NO.1. |

Is Yonex really that good compared to RCL, RSL? I mean quality-price ratio. Or just the brand name that people are looking for?
