Problem details
First occurence of problem:
Problem frequency: when phone is used..
Problem description: when phone is being used, i will get no internet connection.. the wifi is connected, but there is no internet.. i don't know why.. but when phone is not used, it will be ok.. i checked the splitter connection, no problem.. why this happened? i hope somebody can help me.. thanks..

i think the splitter is faulty, go and buy a new one to test, its very cheap.

yeah,tvcat is right....most probably it is either your splitter or the cable plugged into your phone.

Most probably faulty splitter. Get a new one, normally less than RM10.
