err...money issue...yes...its only a few bucks...but that few bucks also I wanna take two RS account cause fedup with the 5gb daily cap.
Also, with a 1Mb line...can't make much use of the happy hours time cause of limited speed.

I can achieve 170~200Kb/s using 1Mb line...so I really hope they dun capped me also for 2 or 4mb line...here in JB.

Can get 2300KB/s easily (a few times)..meaning abt 300Kb/s download speed...BUT...my downloads didn't seem fast at all...my previous 1MB was giving 180Kb/s.

So I used Speedtest.net...as suspected....actual only 2000KB/s tried a few times...downloads are abt 250Kb/s...which I was anticipating...

See how...maybe upgrade to 4Mb line...kinda agree, between 1mb line and 2 mb line not much difference. Anyway, I called up the contractor to check it out this Monday.
