bro,
i know they are doing price cut down, and you need to subscribe three yrs contract to get the cheapest value in broadband access.i juz know 4mb package in three yrs it's cost RM145...
i think if 4mb package is available in your area better get it than 2mb package.
b;cuz the price deserve it~

TS, if you're into Combo, I strongly recommend you to have the 4Mbps package.
There's a few reasons for it.

Normal 2Mbps package is RM160.
While Combo's is RM140.
BUT, Combo's 4Mbps is RM160. Same price as Normal 2Mbps but twice the speed.
You got my idea?
Go for 4Mbps if your area is covered. smile.gif

TS will be better off to decide if he is a heavy user or not.
$145 is not one time cost, but every month.
4Mb line may not has much advantage for casual browsing

TS, what matters most is to check either your area supports 2Mb/4Mb or not.
Let's say if your area only supports 1.5Mbp/s, then there's no use of upgrading your Streamyx at all.

Fixed line rental is RM25 every month(sewa bulanan), u can check ur bill every month.
For combo package u do not need to pay tat anymore, and ur sister is wrong bcos u still can use ur phone to call out and receive incoming calls.

What brand & model of modem you're using now?
Please check properly, then maybe from there, I can guide you on how to identify the maximum speed of your area.

Check the brand & model number of your modem.
Then reply back with the details of your modem in here, maybe from there I can help you identify the maximum speed of your area.
