ISP/package: streamyx


Personal equipment
Modem router: prolink/ tplink

Problem details
few days ago, my streamyx suddenly cannot use, so i though mayb their prob n i called them. they say need to fix the port..so i wait..after that, they said all prob have been solve no problem anymore for the internet..but after that i try to connect to internet lk normal using auto dial-up[router], but the problem start occur..it cant connect to the internet although the adsl light are not blinking[stable]...but when i using manual dial up connect to internet that are no problem,can surf internet lk normal...any1 knw what prob is that..?pls help me...thx!!!

the data light u means is which light.? my modem there got this few words..pwr, adsl, internet ,wlan....which u means.?

there should be 4 lights blinking rite?
all the 4 lights blinking?

all the light blink..js the internet no light...

urmm..
when you call tm, did they tell you anything about entering the modem page and change the settings?

no...js change the dns..after that the contractor came to my house..they use their modem..no problem..==
