I know credit card have a lot of issues, such as the rm50 government tax, and need to swipe the card for a minimum of times to waive the annual fees. But it do have its advantages also, such as flexipay plan, 0% interest for buying things. UOB bank i don't know about it, but i'm using Public bank currently, i feel that it's customer service is quite good. And the annual fee is definately free for first year, the subsequent year, we can call to the bank to waive it.
