Your budget please.

SAP running with Oracle database is Freaking good for million records and lots of users usage but it cost you a bomb, and it is feature rich.

ACCPAC can handle standard enterprise accounting purposes and average database with multiple users and the price is good at its range.

MYOB offers just simple accounting functions but it is cheap. It is good at the pricing.

UBS is good for simple accounting purpose, and it is good because it is dirt cheap to own.

If you are looking into the same level as UBS and MYOB, there is an additional one known as Peachtree, which is also priced in the same range. It may be good if you put in some of your requirements and expectation on what you want the software to give you, i.e. Financial Reporting which have different types of comparisons with or without complex ratio calculations, etc.

But UBS is using file based database, i heard alot of people say that is easy corrupt and not stable. As i know that Autocount is using Microsoft SQL database, that will be more advance and stable compare to those file based database, am i right.
