can u state the events lead him to refund you money..i'm interested to know..are u getting what u pay for?

i think i know the reason.

I also faced the same problem but was settled already this morning. Apparently his supplier fled away and MIA with all the money meant for the sim card orders. TS took sim cards from his supplier that was not activated (or will never be activated)

I received my refund just now around 11AM in full and an appology sms from TS. I somehow believe what he told me is true regarding his supplier because when i COD with him before he doesnt look like someone who will cheat ppl and if he is really here to cheat people, he wuld have disappeared from lyn already.

Madborn i do not know about your case or why he never refund you. Maybe you can elaborate more ? I think you shouldnt discclose TS personal info before anything is concluded. Not quite fair to TS and again, if he wanna con ppl, he wont give his personal info.

PS: Im not a friend of TS nor do i need to defend him, i pity him only

Simcard not activate (or will never be activated)..thats mean, u cannot use the simcard/services at all? am i rite?

i'm not a new customer for him... i hv used his service before tis....
but the problem was start when my bb was terminated after 2 month usage. i hd pay for 3 month subscription.... so, for tat time i hv request refund for 1 month balance..if u all not trust, can refer to the previous thread...

unfortunately tat time i did not get any refund and follow up wit him about my refund and still not get the money.... and after aidilfitri holiday, i found that he had open for new thread selling bb... so i ask him if i can get a new sim by topping up a money...i hd bank in rm74 for topping 2 month including postage to him and the sim should be 3 month subscription including for 1 month previous refund....
he had post the sim and i get it...but unfortunately the bb not activated... i get the sim on wednesday and i was waiting till friday for activation...still not activated...
tat time i really need internet... ihv a lot of job to do and really need a bb and i make a decision juz to refund back and he told me to sending back him sim... so i do it... i hd post the sim to him back...and waiting for my refund...

and until yesterday i did not get the money... many time i sms him and he promise to bank in...
he did not told me bout his prob...honestly if he told me bout his prob and i can understand him...

so, rite now...the prob solve..... thankz to him......
he are trusted and not running from the prob.....
juz my advised to him, juz be honest wit the people so the people will be understanding...

prob sove...thankz alot...sorry for my word tat should not give to him....
i'm so angry because its along time have to patient and yesterday i cannot suffer it anymore...
