Accounts is here, r u calling me?

I think Accounts & legal field not as lucky as IT & engineer. Cause in these field base on your business experience, so the more experience you are, the more valuable you are. Not as IT & engineer which mostly depend on their technical knowledge & application which they learn in Uni.

So as starting salary for Accounts & Legal are quite low, the salary only start to pick up after 5-10 years experience. & the higher professional qualification the higher salary you can demand.

not rlly.. account clerk will remain the same after 20-30 years.. there are many factors to be taken into consideration.. nothing is impossible.. but, you got to make it possible..

he has a master degree and 3.5 years exp, if he is good at what he is doing then 4xxx is just very normal.

Software engineer is just a nicer name for programmer. When ppl hear that you are a programmer, automatically the stereotype comes in their mind that programmer is generally has a lower status than the title of software engineer. They are just the same.
So it's no wonder that software engineer is lower paid than others since what they do is basically similar to what programmers do - coding.

4xxx can be 4999..if like that then i personally think is above average

i m 25 + degree in IT..n he is earning more than me
