Hi there..

I feel lazy to call customer support to get this answer..

but i want to check out answer here..

i'm currently using Streamyx package 512mb limited to 60hrs..

And it had pass the contract period( 2 years with modem)..

I want to upgrade to 512mb to the unlimited one..

is it any period that will block me to downgrade back after i upgrade my package?

if not mistaken, basically u can upgrade/downgrade package plan once u meet their contract period biggrin.gif

but i think they need u to go to their office (clickers/kedai TM) n do the changing biggrin.gif

upgrade always welcome. even if u only registered it yesterday also can upgrade but downgrade have to wait for ur contract period to end.

No period will block you to upgrade, but they won't allow you to downgrade back after u already upgrade ur package

im trying to updrage frm my 512kb 60hrs to unlimited via on9..BUT

the unlimited not on the list..why huh?

Do you know if upgrading using that site is actually reliable? Because I won't be surprised if I apply and it doesn't get processed until a couple of months later, but if it works well then that's good.

can one just simply go to url http://www.tmonline.com.my

select upgrade package.. i believe 512Kbps limited to 60 hours for RM44 monthly

so unlimited package will be RM66 of course package w/o modem..best of luck rclxms.gif

i upgrade online from 512k to 1M ... just upgrade last saturday. and sunday it done.. but speed not really fast. so i email to complain on sunday night.
and next day have ppl call me ask about it. so i tell her what my speed. and she say will call technition go check the port or what ever in within 2-3 days. if still slow speed then call back and maybe technition will come my house to check... my 1M package speed only get download 800kb/s +- and upload 400kb/s +-

thanks for the all information..

i went to tmpoint just now..

finish my upgrading..

fyi, the upgrading from limited to unlimited(same speed) cannot be done by ur self

need to get it done by the operator at the tmpoint..

rite now, i need to wait until 7 November for my upgrading active..

too long time..huh..

Downgrade u have to terminate andthen re-register new user pay 1st month fee rm125 again
If I'm not wrong.
