i am experiencing the same problems with the streaming player , it is almost useless it is only good for photos forget video and sound , or at least that is the case for me , and I got a N-router for those of you who think it is my router it is not....

To shut down applications.. go to Task Switcher. It's the 2nd button from right after you press the diamond button. You can flip through which apps you want to keep running. If not then "End All".

As for viewing Youtube videos, gave up already. Anyone has a solution to this?

You can remove progs from ActiveSync.

check battery level => off phone => wait 1 minute => on phone => check battery level again

if battery level is significantly degrades after power on again, means hang punya phone kantoi la...

currently using the youtube.cab from youtube website, working well.

now, has anyone tried the TV out function?

and doing a hard reset will restore back to factory setting, which means the included softwares such as office/ midomi and so on will be there, am I rite?

Hi,

a new wowner of Omnia II.

I wish ti ask : the missed call and missed sms REMINDER, i can see the 'Notificaiton' on the bottom right of the screen, but there is no alert sound even i click and activatedthe Notification Sound as folows: -

Setting > Sound Setting > Notification Sound > Reminders > Play Sound.

can someone help me to alert my missedd calls and SMS?

ok to make matter worse the phone have a small deadpixel.... aiyaaaa. a red one at the center of the screen. kinda annoying especially whenwatching video... kekeke so many problem... waranthy coverpixel problem ornot? can i go toany samsung store?

hey guys, is the phone can be charged while connected to PC using Win Mobile Device Center ?

coz I noticed the phone not charging eventhough connected to PC after half an hour

phone charging will be triggered,but not as efficient as using normal charger..
u'll notice it won't charge up much even if the phone is connected for 2hours or even 5hours.
use the charger instead,there's a reason why they provide u that

if not mistaken,the REMINDERS refers to appointment u made in your calender,and not sms / missed call reminder..

Hey guys, I just installed S2U2 on my Omnia II. It's running FW IJ6. I have a problem with the lock screen tho. When someone calls in, I'd see the slider/ answer/ignore buttons that the S2U2 has but I also have (the white bottom box with the caller ID). Is there any way for me to fix this?

Oh yeah, I'm also using SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.1 Build 9666 Beta 1. Is it true that S2U2 drains more battery power?

I have already tried Finger Keyboard , although it has a nice layout with lots of color customization option , and also those arrows which are very useful, however it doesn't have T9 and I cannot work with.

I just installed WVGA Cab: Nikoan89 - WVGA EzInput 2.1 v2.2 NEW! and it ruined my device after i turned on my device the screen was black, I had to do a hard rest to get back working again, oh man i lost everything...

what should i do is there any registry edits for that , or should I install additional program for it?

and those of you who already update to version win mobile 6.5 is the problem solved??


The windows mobile 6.5 official update cannot get here fast enough.
