yes you could, they would disable your card and the statements would continue to come until you finish paying it completely.

Well, main reason is I dont use it that much, my main card is maybank plat.
Second is sometimes they charge me to things like finance charge, which i dont know what is it for. And I also dont like calling them each time I need to waive my annual fees.

You didnt pay full amount issit?
There was once where somehow I paid RM30 less than the full amount (not sure how). The next month I used about 5k and the latest rule is that when you got outstanding balance, they are going to charge 1.3% (cant remember exact figure) and end up my rebate for last month also not enough to cover this stupid finance charge. Finally call them up to explain it and got it waived after they found that I always pay full except for that particular month.

You can charge a maximum of RM5k only to the card.

so if im buying sth say rm6k with easy installment for 12 months, example rm500 to be paid per month, it means it will only charge rm500 credit per month (no other spend use) even i buy sth over my credit limit, right?

If the technical issue is unsolved, reissue of this product will forever be postponed to an infinite date.
I also wish to apply for a supp card after my existing card reached the max rebate limit. However, the issuance of new Just1 card is suspended, including supplementary cards.
Yes, it is not advisable to use SCB Just1 to purchase air tickets. Sometimes the cc gives you lots of direct benefits, it would make adjustment and omit other things. For instance, Amex Gold cc gives 5x points for certain transactions, but it also does not provide travel insurance.  sad.gif

Aiya, cannot apply sup card as well. Thanks for the clarification.
What is the technical issue? So far no problem using the card, only have issue with one bank Credit card device, which no way to read the card.

You can't charge RM6K if your credit limit is only RM5K, unless you request for increase in CL. Say your credit limit is RM5K and you bought an item for RM4K (inmaterial if it is an installment plan or not), your balance credit you have is RM1K and that's the maximum you can charge to your card until you make payment and the amount of payment you make will determine the credit available again for you to utilize.

Read below link for clarification on CL:

some banks auto increase your limit when u pay for the 12 months installment which includes the the total amount u would have to pay for the item so in your case your CL will go to 7k

On the other hands, there are several people I know avoiding it like the plague due to pass dishonest practice like charging you late fee when there are no late payment.

I think this is because citibank can be used on oversea transaction, and they always giving free gift for new approval. Last time got a promotion, use RM 799 to buy a laptop for newly approved citibank cc....
