Thanks for the head up for MC's regional HQ. I wasn't aware that most budget airline now charges this convenience fee and not just AirAsia.

Maybe I was excited because I had an incident which I think they shortchanged me for the holiday package which I booked via them. In their website, they mentioned a free upgrade to Suite if I fuilfilled their conditions (which I did) but I only got a regular room.

In their defense they said the promotion is over but in the website clearly stated that the promo was still active.

Honestly I think you're pursuing a loss cause but go ahead and give the regional offices a try. They will probably need the names of the merchants and again there's probably nothing they can do smile.gif
