Looking for a superb LAKSA UTARA in town?
Bet you haven't taste local homemade like this before. WE ARE PROVIDING SERVICE FOR FOOD CATERING I don't put any price here, but the range are all standard price and based on your ordered package. Main Dish : NASI + Rendang Ayam/Daging + Dalcha Ayam/Daging/Kambing + Kari Ayam/Daging/Kambing + Masak Merah Ayam LAKSA UTARA MEE REBUS MEE UDANG BIHUN/MEE SUP PECAL Side Dish : Caramel Pudding Cocktail Pudding Kuih Cara Kuih Bengkang Kek Batik Kek Kukus Fruit Cake (Speciality) PROFILE : No, we are not any registered caterer what so ever. What we can tell you about our food, its homemade and made with passion. That's why for now we only do for a small scale. The recipe is all from generations of R&D (rasa and delicacy). Previously we have been cooking for family gathering and family friends order, and the reply was nothing less than 'the BEST in town'. Since we have been cooking great food and people enjoying FOC, so we decided to start a business! I must say, its pretty annoying how people kept asking us during Hari Raya, when is our open house going to be and the tagline, was usually, "Don't forget to invite us!". And we have been catering for school events, meetings, and hi-teas. Our cake like, Batik, Kukus and Fruit Cake are also ordered for festive season and occasions. And the making of our Fruit Cake are all manually cooked, which means all the stirring and mixing process are made without the use of machine. Our cuisine are all home cook. And the cooking team consists of family members, with my mum as the head chef. All I can tell you that we are purely from Utara(Penang) and we cook for passion and love for food. We may not have big time profile of service, but we can guarantee that our food are made whole-hearted for you. ORDER : You can PM me here, or contact me through my number 0126157510(sms first). My house is in Shah Alam, and can be delivered within the neighboring area or you can pick up yourself. Order should be minimum of 50 pax to 500 pax. Everything is negotiable and any special request of dish can also be discussed. I ensure that our cooking is no 'kedekut' like character in those pasar malam standard. dear utusanmeridian yes better. I'm from utara. if you're an utara-rian, the teluk kechai is pretty biasa and the gimmick is the sambal kelapa. where is pretty new to certain ppl. often tourist would go there. but not locals.
did u know the secret ingredients of laksa teluk kechai? tissue papers!! but its not the best in utara. the best perhaps that is commercial is near Hospital Sungai Petani. I dunno whether still there or not.but it taste good. P/S:my name is user_unknown |

HaHa be adventurous a bit...
try organize a party filled with Chinese but serve Malay food... This would be great as most of the Chinese (me included) are pretty much sick of eating their own kind of food i have nvr even tasted most of the foods stated above |
